Sample immigration documents and notices, along with their titles, are available when crossing the border into Mexico and within the United States.

- I-94 - A document that confirms the fact of entry, date of entry, status (DT Parole) and its expiration date.
- I-862 or Notice to Appear [NTA] - A subpoena stating the location of the border crossing, charges, address, and date of a deportation or asylum hearing.
- I-385 - A subpoena to an ICE officer ordering an appointment and visit within 60 days. Parole status is granted during the same period.
- G-56 - A subpoena to an ICE officer with the date, time, and place of the appointment.
- There are also various other forms, such as the I-220, which usually do not confer legal status and serve only to familiarize you with the conditions of release.
