How do I notify the court and ICE office of a change of address?

Transmittal of change of address information to the court and ICE office can be done online by completing Form EOIR-33/IC here.

Base city is the city where the court is assigned to your case (the court address is listed in the i862 document at the bottom of the page).
The DHS/ICE office is selected in the same city where the court is located.
After completing and submitting the form online, you will be asked to print or save the EOIR-33 form as a PDF for the DHS/ICE office. The printed copy should be mailed to the address listed under Proof of service.

You may also register online and select Pro Se Individuals to download Form EOIR-33 in PDF format through the Send Documents button. Remember to select the ICE office city under Office location. Confirmation of enrollment at the site can take anywhere from one day to several weeks, so if you do not receive confirmation in the next few days, send your Form EOIR-33 to the ICE office by mail.

Complete and submit Form EOIR-33 as a worksheet here.

From the list in the link, select the court where your case is pending and download the form in PDF format. Fill it out on your computer or by hand (your court's address is in the Notice to Appear i862 document).
Mail or mail the exact same copy to the DHS/ICE office in the same city where your case is to be heard (the address of the DHS/ICE office (OPLA) can be found on the website).
On the Proof of service page, be sure to include your signature, the ICE office address, and the date the form was transmitted or a copy of the form was mailed.

Mail Form EOIR-33 to the court at the address listed on page 2, using the sheet as an envelope according to the instructions, or just put it in a regular envelope. Don't forget to affix a stamp. If your family has more than one member, you may send all forms in one envelope.
Mail the exact same copy to the DHS/ICE office address (OPLA).

Notify USCIS of a change of address:
If you previously sent any form to USCIS (e.g., i-765, i-589, etc.) or were invited to be fingerprinted, be sure to complete the AR-11 Change of Address Form on the uscis website, regardless of sending Form EOIR-33 to the court.

How do I move my case to another state or city?

You need to send a Motion to change venue form to the old court where your case is located. The Motion is a petition, a request to the judge, in which you must state your reasons for moving the case to another state in clear, plain English.
Send this form at the same time as the EOIR-33 Change of Address form.
Send the exact same copy to the state representative representing the U.S. (your attorney).
Your prosecutor's address can be found at this link. Enter the state of your old court in the filter and find your city.
On the Proof of service page, enter "To: Office of Chief Counsel" and the address of the prosecutor to whom you will send the copies.

After about 2-3 months, you will receive a letter from the court with a decision to move the case to a new court or a denial, with the reason for the denial. If there are reasons for the denial, once you have eliminated them, you can re-file the petition.
